Since I'm only familiar with Texas BBQ, I'll go with that. Brisket is my favorite (I just don't care for the beans on the side).
(What are the other types of barbecue like? I'd think Carolina BBQ would have more seafood, but that's just a guess) |

Both sides of my family were in the restaurant business for many years and BBQ was their specialty so considering that and the fact that I've never tried any other varities I have to go with Carolina.
