Have any of you been to a Mongolian Barbecue restaurant? What do you
all think of them? I personally love them!

there's a mongolian barbeque place in the food court at our mall. i've gotten their bbq beef ribs & they are delicious.

Yes, although the first time I went, I went with someone who showed me the procedure. But yeah, the food is great! As I recall, you choose your own ingredients, and you color-code your order, so you can know when it's done, and they cook it fresh right in front of you. And they also have buffet items as side dishes, etc., and unilimited refills on soft drinks (I think). It was a fun experience.
