when i was little this boy from across the street was my friend. we used to ride bikes all the time and put on pretend plays. eventually he moved and i never got to say goodbye because he left just when my family went on vacation to cape cod. we didn't get the chance to exchange addresses or anything.
well i looked him up on myspace as i think of him and my fond memories occasionally and it turns out he's an actor, very popular in indie films. he has his own imdb profile and his movies are on amazon and ebay. it was crazy to think i lived across the street from him at one time.
i contacted him and he was so nice. he even said he had tried looking me up a few times in the past years and we might arrange a phone call and talk about old times and maybe reconnect. i'm so happy for him.
