The mets have been red hot no doubt about it, but I don't think the Phillies are going away anytime soon.

What I love about the NL Eas is that two teams are on the Phillies A$$-lol

Phillies-51-44
Mets-50-44
Marlins-50-44

LOL, they have to kee their eye on NOT ONE, but TWO TEAMS and I'm loving it.

Phillies maybe in 2nd place tomorow because I have a feeling the NL east will look like this

Mets-51-44
Marlins-51-44
Philies-51-45

I think the Marlins will eventually fade. They are just too young and inexperienced. The Mets have been on a good streak under Manuel.

Philadelphia simply has too much hitting and a solid bullpen. If they can pick up another starting pitcher, I can't see them losing the division.

the good thing about the Jays is, you can count on them to suck since '94, so, its easy to ignore them!

But, back on topic, while I'm no fan of the Mets, they are the lesser of the 2 evils, in NY baseball!

I'm hoping the ALL STAR BREAK doesn't cool the Mets off, they were HOT before the break

Their bullpen is their biggest weakness.

Their bullpen sucks ass when they had a 5-2 lead going into the 9th the other night and the Phillies scored 6 runs in the ninth, and the Muts added an ******* run to lose 8-6

No- he latches onto any team that plays a team from Philadelphia.

I'll bet by the end of today, he's a Bengals fan.
