Stupid me didn't close the camera for 5 months and I'm wondering is that why when I take a snapsot it comes out FUZZY and not CLEAR like it did when I first bought it.

How can I get rid of the FUZZY LOOK

clean the lens, uninstall it, download the newest software and drivers for it and reinstall it.

I don't know how to uninstall it and not only that I don't think I know where the Disc is I used to install it

go to control panel, click on "add and remove software"...look for your webcam software, click on the add/remove button....restart computer.

to reinstall the software and driver, find out the make and model, go to the manufacturer's website and download the newest version of the software.

if you can find the model #, I can help you find the software for it.

Thanks rob, I uninstalled and FOUND the CD to Reinstall and my pics are now Crystal Clear after I take a snapshot
