Default Sondra and Elvin's Friends didnt know the definition of MOVING ASSISTANCE

Asing someone to help you move is helping you move boxes and furniture into a TRUCK, not

Come over and HELP YOU PACK-lol

If I was Martin and Elvin I would have been out of that place so fast

I would have been pissed. I wouldn't say it, but I would be. Unlike Pam, I know when to keep it shut.

You sound like my boyfriend. He would have said, "Hey dude, call me when you are ready to load the truck."

I would have been upset. I would have left. I have no time for other people's games.

I heard that.

I will never forget one time (over 15 years ago) this couple invited us over for menudo. This is a mexican soup that takes some time to prepare and cook. Well, we arrived at 6 p.m. and SHE HADN'T EVEN STARTED PREPARING IT YET! Guess what? She left to have her nails done before their trip to Las Vegas, so I ended up preparing and cooking the soup. I was so damn hungry and looking forward to eating not cooking. NEVER AGAIN!

Elvin was so damm passive in this episode as a man he should have told Sondra-

"LOOK, CALL ME WHEN YOUR FRIENDS ARE DONE PACKING BECAUSE MY PLAN WAS TO HELP THEM MOVE OUT NOT PACK AND MOVE OUT"

I love Elvin but I can't see him saying that. Maybe the Elvin that I remember from the early episodes but not this one. Sondra would have eaten him up had he said it early or later episodes.

Elvin would never have said that, not even in the early episodes. He might have said some stuff about men and women, that came out the wrong way, since Sondra was sensitive about that stuff. But he always loved Sondra, and if she told him to do something, he did it!

Elvin was a whimp bottom line. What he should have said and what he actually did were two different things. That is why Sondra loved him so. She could never have someone be her equal, that would be too much head-butting.

Not to get too far off topic, but not only was Elvin a whimp, he and for that matter, Sondra were shameless mooches. They used their children to mooch off her parents; get a better apartment, moved in with them, got them to co-sign a loan for a house and then Elvin tried to get Cliff to sell them his car at what was apparently a ridiculously low offer. Didn't this clown ever go to his parents for anything?
