Helen Willis worked in the Harlem Welfare Department before meeting Tom Willis
LOL, I noticed That Roxie Roker was a Welfare Worker in the Movie Claudine that aired this afternoon on TV ONE
She looked very similar to the way she did in the Pilot of the Jeffersons so the dates must have been close together |

I think one of us had posted a long time ago abt Roxie being in CLAUDINE. It probably passed you by since you hadn't seen the movie before.
Aren't you glad you watched it? It is a great movie. But you need to see it UNCUT. The tv version cuts out all the bad language. |
