I was wacthing a British show it was called I'm To Ugly To Date,I was kind of wacthing I saw the part where this girl thought she was ugly by just looking in the mirror, and this guy thiught he was ugly also, I thought that I was ugly a while back, I looked in the mirror b 4 and thought to myself what a ugly face, thats what I thought of my self I was depressed,low self esttem, that was in the 80'sw when I was drinking alot, sometimes I would want to kill myself, but that was the drugs talking,I did get my Jae worked on, the dr's broke it in half and re lined,because I was having trouble with my jaw,but, 20 some years later I just feel fine, has any one else thought they were ugly,but people tell u your not, and I really hate when they say it's the inside that counts,but anyhow just a thought. hat

I used to hate the way I look to the point I'd cry over it, but I think that's normal for any teenage girl...though I do think I was a little worse than most. Now I'm 19 and pretty comfortable with the way I look. People always tell me that I'm really pretty and would kill for my body, but at the same time I'm still that insecure kid inside. I'm still trying to come to terms with my face lol...like, I'll look in the mirror and think okay fine, but then in pictures or something I'll see my face from the side or different angles and be like ugh. So I'm still not completely there yet, but I'm trying.

I like how I look. It's nothing special, but it's all me. I would not change anything, really. I'm not photogenic, by a longshot, but I am mildly attractive.

I just hate the fact that I'm overweight, but in order to lose weight, I have to love myself and right now, I don't.

sometimes i think i look alright, sometimes i think i'm below average. i used to think no one would ever think i was attractive but i found it to be mostly the opposite. through my high school career, i kept a list of guys who asked me out or said they were interested in me and there was a total of about 30 in the end, many of whom i'd never spoken to before they asked me out. i still don't understand what they or anyone else finds physically appealing about me, but i guess it's kind of a blessing anyway and it makes me not beat myself up as much over how i look.

Sometimes I think I'm okay...sometimes I hate the way I look. I don't stand up to my own standard of perfection, so I tend to have pretty low self-esteem. I look hideous without makeup, my hair pisses me off a lot, I think I'm fat, I hate the way I smile in pictures, yet if I don't smile, I don't look good either. I abhor my skin. My face is oily (which is great as a free moisturizer) so I break out a lot. Acne is embarrassing in your late 20s. The rest of my skin I hate for other reasons.

I knew of guys who had crushes on me in HS, I seem to get stared at a lot (which I don't like really), and my boyfriend thinks I'm pretty, but I think they're all nuts. Plus a lot of guys are pigs and are probably looking south of my face. Anyhow, other people think I'm pretty, but I don't see it.

honestly i think i look like crap, because i feel like im in that awkward teenage stage. i just feel my face is extremely awkward looking. sometimes i think i look alright, sometimes...not so much.

people say i look "cute", like little kid cute, and say that my face is still kind of kid-like. i have no idea whether to take that as a compliment or an insult

but i guess its something. honestly i think ill look okay once im older, but right now im not a huge fan of how i look...but i guess most teenagers are like that (and most look kind of awkward too).

I was the same way, people told me I looked younger but didnt like it at first cuase I was older, now I just have to embrace it

After seeing the picture of yourself that you shared with me early in the year, I think your problem is with your self-esteem and not your looks. You are very pretty and the guys who stare at you, I'm sure think so too. Not all guys are pigs and are looking "south of your face".

It really matters on how I feel; yes, I am far from being perfect, but, that is okay; there are things that I like about me and they are things that I dislike about me. I have been told that I am, gorgeous, more than a few times in my life, but I think the bottom line is how confident and how you truly feel about yourself and carry yourself that makes you attractive

...Confidence does go a long way, it really does. I have seen a lot of people, of both sexes, that are far from being the conventional handsome or beauty, but have absolutely zero problem attracting the opposite sex due to the fact that they feel comfortable in their own skin

I was. I didn't know what to do with my hair, I dressed drab, etc. Not that I'm all that now, but I have improved.
