For me the top stupid things were

Wanda's Crying

Sweet daddy's outfits

J.J's hat

Gurdy eating pet food and giving her friends real food

James not going to a interview because the bus was taking too long

The plot about Keith BREAKING HIS LEG TRIPPING OVER JJ. If they were by a stairwell and Keith fell down the stairs, THEN I could buy him breaking his leg. That was the stupidest plot EVER on Good Times.

Which hat of JJ's are you talking about, Sol? I would laugh at Wanda crying, but it did get old after awhile.

J.J.'s hat must have been a popular thing in the 70's ( I can't recall) because after watching the movie CLAUDINE the other night, Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs was wearing a white t-shirt and a blue cap, just like J.J's. He looked like J.J. while wearing those two things in a kitchen scene. I was like, "Hey, it's J.J."

^ Oh my goodness - how did Irene and I forget the Judith Cohen episode?? That is easily my least favorite of all the GT episodes. Pure pain!!!

Willona getting so easily taken in by her ex-husband was very out of character (and stupid). Thankfully, she came to her senses by the end of the episode and gave Ray a much-deserved right hook!!!!
