Default Episodes you can't stand.

"Mary had a little lamb" a neighbor girl is pregnant and "Empty nestors" a couple have problems with him working to much. It was to become Empty Nest the series.

The episodes that I can't stand are....."One Flew Out of the Cuckoo's Nest Parts 1&2" when Dorothy starts to date Blanches uncle, I just find those two episodes boring and weird.

I just watched an episode last night that I remember not caring for really, it was the episode "Rose the prude". The main reason why I cant stand this episode is soley because they used Harold Gould as Arnie Peteson, and later returned him as Myles Webber. What were the writers thinking??

The one where Blanche's overweight daughter comes to town and then they meet her fiance, who is verbally abusive. I mostly hate the fat jokes, mainly because I used to have a weight problem.

ITA about the Empty-Nesters. I also dislike the one with Blanche's smart-ass grandson, and the one where Rose writes a letter to Gorbachev.

The three I absolutely hate are

Blanche's Little Girl - Very mean spirited and hard to watch
Empty Nests = Had no point
Mary Had A Little Lamb - Based on a day player

I don't like the one where they are in the homeless shelter trying to get that jacket back. I hate that long song at the end.

I'm glad i'm not alone on this one. Though its my favorite show of all time, I detest the two episodes ... Blanche's Daughter with the abusive husband, and the homeless shelter one.
The Daughter one, I felt it needed more resolution to it. Like Sophia needed to kick him in the nuts or something.
The homeless shelter one seemed like they were trying too hard to send social messeges and was just a downer and seemed preachy.
Yes, both of those episodes concerned serious social problems and I respect them for making them. But.. knowing that doesn't make me want to change the channel any less when I see one of those two episodes on.
