Food Poisoning?

Has anyone experienced food poisoning? If so, how long did it take before you were better?

My sister came home from camp Saturday. She started feeling ill last Friday. It's been six days now. She's starting to get better, but it seems like it's taking awhile. My mother took her to the doctor earlier this week. We believe she ate something that caused food poisoning. We asked her if she had tomatoes. She said yes, but that they were the small ones that apparently aren't the ones that are contaminated.

I've had salmonella poisoning. I got sick abt 4-6 hrs after eating the tainted food...threw up violently 2-3X....felt very weak....had a funny taste in my mouth...like liver....went right to bed...and got better the next day by eating bananas and drinking gatorade.

my brother got Food Posioning and I belive it took a week for him to get Better

My aunt just got home from the hospital after being in there for a week due to food poisoning. I hope your sister gets well soon.
