Marge on "THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW".

Juanita on "THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW".

Sara on "THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW".

Mr. Haneys wife on the early episodes of "GREEN ACRES".

Sara on "GREEN ACRES".

YEARS ago; about 1973; there was a short-lived (and stupid) Norman Lear show on ABC called "HOT L BALTIMORE" (I think it was based on a play that was set at a hotel called the HOTEL BALTIMORE, but the L was burned out on the sign, or some such stupid premise). Anyway, there was a regular character named "Moose" something, who was never seen, but talked about sometimes.

Oh, what about Carlton the Doorman on Rhoda? You heard his voice, but never actually SAW him. I always loved the running joke of him being drunk all the time, LOL.

that voice was done by-I forget his name-Leanord Music, THAT'S IT!!!

He was one of the producers of that, MTM, BOB NEWHART and some other shows; and he also voiced Garfield on a series of animated specials.

No, it was Lorenzo Music. And you're right about him being Garfield's voice. I didn't realize it until someone told me, and now whenever I hear Carlton's voice, I can totally recognize him as Garfield. hehe.

Gladys Porter - December Bride, Her husband , Pete Porter was played by Harry Morgan. Gladys was eventually seen in the Spinoff Pete and Gladys

Mildred Potter - M*A*S*H Wife of Colonel Sherman Potter who again was played by Harry Morgan. Mildred did show up in the short-lived spinoff After Mash and was played by Anne Pitoniak and Barbara Townsend

Robin Masters - Magnum, P.I.; Higgins and Magnum often mention his name but Robin never really appeared, despite the fact that Robin is voiced by Orson Wells.

Charlie - Charlie's Angels; we always hear his voice but we never saw him.

Velma - A Different World; Velma was Mr. Gaines's wife he often talked about. Up until much later in the run, we never saw who she was.
