I recently met this girl and she told me she takes pole dancing lessons and I was like-"HUH???-lol I wasn't sure how to react but I will just see if she is someone who is not a undercover freak

LOL, it's actually a really good full body workout. I do belly dancing and people always give me that "oh, how sexy" (((add a wink or two))) kind of look but I do it for the great workout and WORKOUT only

So, if she's doing it for the workout (did she say?)...I say go for it! Sometimes the treadmill and elliptical get boring and we need some fun variety! As long as it keeps you moving!

I have no problem with it. I mean I would study some pole dancing videos and go down in my basement to practice (we don't have actual stripper poles in my house but they are poles none the less.)
