Question Shows your kids watch - which ones do you find you like?

If you have kids you are exposed to their TV shows all the time.

What shows do you find you don't mind watching with your kids or shows of theirs that you actually like?
And which ones can you not stand?

For me, I've got a 6 year old and a 3 1/2 year old.

In the cartoon department I've seen every Spongebob out there.
I like it to an extent, but it's gotten to overkill.
And there are about 12 episodes that they play ALL the time.
Some of you know what I'm talking about.
On a bad note they use the word "stupid" and "idiot" constantly and I can see this rubbing off.

I like Avatar, another Nickelodeon show, that is definitely geared toward kids older than mine, though my 3 year old digs it.

On the non-animated front, I don't mind Drake & Josh, it's almost a guilty pleasure thing. iCarly (from the creator of D&J) is a newer one I don't mind too much either but they don't have too many episodes yet, so it's the same ones over and over to the point I can quote their dialogue.

On the dislike front there are so many, but they don't watch them often enough to point out each one- except for Fairly Oddparents. There is negative influence in that show for sure.

When my daughter was younger, she got me hooked on Spongebob. Gotta love him. Now, I watch it with my 6 year old son. I bought him the first three season on DVD. I think I really bought them for my enjoyment.

My son also got me hooked on The Backyardigans. They are the coolest cartoons. They sing and play fantasy in their backyard.

He also got me hooked on Drake & Josh. A very funny show.

I love Fairly Oddparents and Jimmy Neutron as well. When you watch something over and over, you can't help but begin to like it.

My kids used to watch That's So Raven when it was on, and I found it to be very likeable, they only Disney channel sitcom ever that I used to watch on a regular basis. I also got my kids to start watching Sister Sister and Saved by the Bell, which I've always enjoyed in the past and now got them to watch as well.

I've no kids of my own, but I work with them. I do love SpongeBob. He's a huge guilty pleasure of mine. Other than that, I don't really watch any of the kid stuff.

Same here...so now I know what I don't like. The Magic School Bus...don't like it, but the kids seem to. And I hate SpongeBob. And I thought Hannah Montana was pretty annoying.

I know what you mean about Magic School bus - I never understood what kids liked so much about that show. And you were right when you thought Hannah Montana's pretty annoying, because it is, a lot.

I don't have kids of my own, but I do have a 2-year-old nephew. He just loves the Backyardigans, Spongebob, The Big Comfy Couch, and Sesame Street. I look forward to showing him my Muppet Show DVDs. Andrew dances whenever the Backyardigans is on. It's so adorable and funny!! He always waves bye-bye at the TV whenever the closing credits come on at the end of his shows. It's so much fun watching with him.

Well my kids are 2&4 so I can't really get into any of their cartoons. So when I sit down and watch tv with them I tend to get sleepy LOL. But two programs that I can actually sit down and watch with them are The Berenstain Bears and also Strawberry Shortcake. We only let the watch PBS and DVDs

Default Reality Shows can be decent...

My niece and nephew love Celebrity Circus and America's Got Talent...they're clean shows and interesting for them to watch.
