No, Ken Berry was a boyfriend that Rose couldn't remember. He was Thor Anderson, the guy Rose dated just to make Charlie jealous.

As for the subject of Dan and Blanche, I don't think they'd make a good couple, at least not long-term. I def. do think they'd hit it off, but underneath all her talk, Blanche really wanted to find another man like George. I just don't see Dan making that kind of commitment to anybody.

That's just my 2 cents.

Blanche and Dan? Hmmmmm...both are players. Well, if it is a one night stand each is looking for, hell, why not?

I've always wondered what would happen if Blanche and Sam Malone met.

as far as dan fielding goes, although he bedded his share of hotties he basically had no standards, so in the age department dan would have had a casual "relationship" with blanche. as far as sam malone goes, although they both had similar sex drives, i don't recall sam ever dating anyone blanche's age so i don't think he would have went for her.

I agree, Sam Malone liked the younger chicks, I doubt he would date Blanche.

I had totally forgotten about Ken Berry being on GG! Come to think of it, they were both on Mama's Family as brother and sister. I always thought it was funny that Vicki Lawrence played the mother when IRL she was younger than all her 'children' lol! Same with Estelle Getty, wasn't she actually the youngest castmember?
