$42.99 for 18 episodes on 3 DVD's seems kinda high doesn't it?
Especially since I got all 369 for about $60 on Sell.com It's a wonderful series though, I really enjoy watching it. |

I paid $45 for all 360 episodes on I-Offer so I am in the same boat. I got sick and tired of waiting and have been enjoying MTS for quite some time now. Amazingly many episodes were taped from a local station that aired them mostly unedited as they run almost 25 minutes without commercials.
I posted a link on the DVD board about the upcoming release. I also thought $43 for half a season is ridiculous. Maybe this is how they plan to not release the series. They will price it so high that no one will buy it and then they use poor sales for the excuse of not releasing any more seasons. Doesn't matter to me anyway as I am happy with the set I have. Again, the studio loses out on getting my mone because they sat on their duff to long like Universal did with A-12 and Dragnet. |

It looks like the shows won't be edited so that's a good thing. It's still very pricey, but deep discount has it for $29, a little cheaper than some place. The date is Sept. 30th.

Yes, I was going by the run time. It equals out to about 25 minutes per show, and hopefuly that will be the actual show, but who knows. I have a lot of unedited shows and most are around 25 minutes. This isn't as bad as shows from the 50's that ran close to 28 minutes and they cut then to less than 23 minutes. |
