Smokin Sods question comes from a Season 8 episode where Arnold is pressured by his friends into having sex with the girl he is dating. Ricky stated that doing it was "breaking the sound barrier" with a girl.

And the expression was used over & over in the episode. It had to be the lamest expression for "sex" I've ever heard on TV. I know what they were trying to do: not use a phrase that's too controversial, yet, use something that sounds "cool" that a teenager might use. But, it backfired big-time. It was a ridiculous expression. That's what makes it funny.

I knew exactly what you were talking about. LOL. As a kid, I thought that breaking the "sound barrier" was banging some big drum or gong. LOL.

O.T. Quit coming off as rude folks! I find myself having to delete posts and edit to eliminate rude communication.
