BET didn't cut out the scene with Arnold. The scene shows Arnold getting ready to leave for Philadelphia.

and this is the SECOND time he has been to Philadephia!!!!!

Remember in season 7, during one of the Arnold is away (due to Gary's illness) episodes, it is mentioned that he is on a class trip to Philadelphia, but this episode made it seem like it was his first time there.

CONTINUITY GOOF!!!!!!!!

No, that is another episode. A second episode where Arnold was still away had this to use as his excuse for not being there.
