Aside from the short dark hair and the red shirts wore by both in the 1st 2 pics, not really, for me.
BTW, the other pic of Courteney where she's wearing the striped shirt, that is one of my favorite Monica scenes!! 7,7,7,7,7,7,7,7!!!
