That the same private investigator working hard to clear the man convicted of being the Bird Road Rapist is also the one who gave Amy Billig's mom the tip about her being offered to a PI in Engerland?

That during the segment about the woman who masterminds the murder, robbing, and subsequent burning of her relative's home, then flees to Texas after overhearing that they found her bloody fingerprint on the gas can at the home...the man she is with is identified as her "common-law husband".
However, during the interviews with other family members, one of whom is convinced HE was the mastermind behind the crime, it is brought out that the couple had only been together for about a year or so. I don't know how the law goes in Podunk, Kansarkansas; but in California common-law marriages can happen only after 7 years of co-habitation. |

Where I live, you could simply declare that the person you met one minute ago is your common-law spouse!
Needless to say, my state doesn't have common-law marraiges anymore. |

Did anyone notice that the same investigator is interviewed in both the Aileen Conway and Dwayne McCorkendale segments?

I found it interesting that an investigator interviewed during the Unabomber segment on the third special was also interviewed a few years later about the convenience store thrill killer in Sacramento. Did anyone else notice that?

Did you ever notice ...
That depending on the location of the murder/case, Robert Stack will forgo his trademark trench for something more "ŕ propos"? In the Orange Sock Murders, RS is wearing a puffy, outdoorsy vest: it's LL Bean Stack! Anyone else noticed this? |

I just noticed that Donnie Darko's dad is in the Tatijana Kopric/Richard Bocklage segment as the assistant dean.

I may be wrong, but I think the guy that plays Bill Day's attorney is the same guy that plays the annoying reporter Freddy Lounds in Manhunter.
