TV Favorite Guest Star

There were several interesting guest stars who appeared on the series during
its four seasons: Susan Sullivan, Loni Anderson, Brandon Cruz, Julia Adams,
Mariette Hartley (who won an Emmy for the two-parter "Married"), Gerald
McRaney, Caroline McWilliams, Craig Stevens, Denny Miller, Pat Morita, Shelley Fabares, Ernie Hudson, Rick Springfield, Sherman Hensley, Markie Post, Mackenzie Phillips, Meshach Taylor, Ray Walston (Bill Bixby's co-star on My Favorite Martian), Diana Muldaur, Brenda Benet (then Mrs. Bill Bixby), Jeanette Nolan and her husband John McIntire, Cameron Mitchell, William Windom, Michael Conrad, Henry Darrow, and Faye Grant (among others). But my favorite guest star would have to be Lou Ferrigno himself, when he had the chance to play a speaking role in "King of the Beach."

Along with "Prometheus," "747" was another good showcase for uncredited
actor/stuntman Ric Drasin as "the Demi-Hulk" (halfway between Bill Bixby's
David Banner and Lou Ferrigno's Hulk).

On this page is a better photo of Drasin. He really does resemble Lou Ferrigno in this 1976
commercial headshot. They needed someone smaller than Lou but bigger than Bill. Drasin,
whose features resembled both actors, fit the bill.

Hi Celine! "747" is also my favorite episode of "The Incredible Hulk". I'm a big Brandon Cruz fan.
