Narnia has been geting some favorable reviews...

I think they'll beat Iron Man this week.

and Iron Man will beat Speed Racer again.

Hell, What Happens In Vegas will probably beat Speed Racer again!

Warner Brothers is going to be hurting from this one for a while.

They had better hope The Dark Knight brings in the bucks in July.

If Speed Racer were released earlier, say in April, and did $20 million, it would have looked a lot more respectable. Not to mention less crowded for the family film marketplace. The running time has been mentioned a lot as hurting it as well as the too simplistic plot.

A greee they should have shortened it up. A family film shouldn't run over two hours.

I am surprised no one tried to sneak a film in earlier than May.

A few years ago the first Hellboy made some decent money becasue it was released in April ahead of the bigger summer blockbusters.

Helboy II is coming out the same time as Dark Knight.

It's going to get slaughtered.
