TV Season Finale

What did everyone think of the season finale? I thought it was pretty good.
It was, I think, inevitable that sooner or later Lex Luthor would learn that
Clark Kent was "The Traveler." I was wondering if it would happen at the
end of this season or the beginning of the next.

I didn't see Jimmy Olsen's proposal to Chloe Sullivan coming, though. We
will have to wait until next season to find out her answer.

It was nice to see Lana Lang one last time, and Clark's tearful reaction to
her final goodbye was an emotional moment, to be sure. I can sort of
understand her not wanting to give the message in person; still, a videotaped
farewell seems a little bit cold, don't you think?

Lois Lane's sympathetic hug for Clark was a nice touch. Good episode.

Warning!! Spoilers below!!

I loved the finale, I'm glad they didn't just kill off Lana and think it was a fitting departure. I'm guessing Lex's body won't be found leaving that one open for a future guest appearance. I was stunned when I seen that Super Girl is trapped in the Phantom Zone.

It was a stupid finale.I hate when they leave all of these parts unsolved until August or September. They force you to wait and you have to go all summer without knowing what's gonna happen in the season premire.I think they did it due to the show going off the air next year

i didn't think it was that great; it seemed kinda confusing and boring to me - I have no idea where they are going with any of this, but I feel confident that they will wrap up any and all unanswered questions in the first 3 minutes of next season's premiere - just like last year.

I wonder how Kara's gonna get out of the Phantom zone, how Lex is going to leave, and if the fortrous(sp) is going to be rebuilt(maybe with Clark & Kara using their powers to put it back together

Finally got a chance to look at the finale this morning.

Lana's departure was sad, and a little surprising. I didn't think she would leave Clark a "dear john" letter and bolt like that.

Chloe's arrest was a pretty good twist too, considering Alison Mack is on the fence about returning next season, maybe she'll stay in the slammer for good.

The opening credits are sure going to be shorter next season with all the cast members leaving the show.

I really liked how they built things up this season with the whole Veritos/treavveller thing. They tied a lot of past story threads into it, which was pretty cool. Kudos to the writers for making it interesting.

I wonder what's going to become of Lex next season? Since Clark will be around next year, I guess his destiny to destroy the traveller will have failed and he's going to lay low.

As far as Kara is concered, she can stay locked in the Phantom Zone for a little while longer. Not to crazy about her.

Alison Mack has already signed on and will be back next season, and they have already announced that Laura Vanderdoort will not be a regular castmember, she may come back, but only as a guest star

Good news! I am glad Chloe will be there until the end.

Not too concerned about Laura not being around. I never thought her charcter was very interesting to begin with.

Gee, I liked the Kara character. They could also set her free from the phantom zone by having something cause a shockwave happen like in Superman II when the Kryptonian criminals were set free. Next season will be interesting.

Everything was going too fast for me.It was like a dream, you see what is hapenning but,you don't really understand what is going on.The director was doing a really crappy job,the acting was all over the place. They should have done a 2 part episode for the finale. There were too many things to focus on in only 45 minutes. But,no they rushed everything so nobody would understand what the heck was going.Mostly with CK & Lex 's scene in the FOS.I wanted a longer scene with much more details.

Next season,I think that Lex will be presumed dead even if his body wasn't found anywhere.Clark will still be alive but,I think he could be effected by the accident in a way...his sight may be.So,he will have to wear glasses for a while.Green Arrow will free Chloe from jail. She will start to work full time for the Justice League and she will find out more about her meteor powers. But,I hope that she would leave Clark alone because he doesn't need a sidekick anymore.Lana will come back to break up face to face with Clark for good and they will stay friends. The relationship of Lois & Clark will grow alot more. They will become very close.Of course, with Tess & Doomsday around,it won't be that things easy.I hope CK will start working as a reporter at Daily Planet with Lois & Jimmy.Kara will come back to fight Doomsday with CK and JL.
