Hmmmmm....I hope he's right about season 8. I remember Bill said similar things about season 7 which was definitley my least favorite season of the show.

One thing that bothers me is the budget cuts, each actor is taking 2 episodes off??!! Think about it, there are 7 main cast members that means that 14 episodes will be missing 1 cast member, my guess, though is that they will combine the 'breaks' so that maybe 2 actors are missing from an episode.

I think Scrubs ran out of steam in the beginning of season 6 and now we are getting an 8th season. I think I might have been happier with 6 'wrap up' episodes released straight to DVD.

It sounds like a good wrap up to me.

Bill Lawrence seems fired up and that means the creative juices will be flowing. I expect next season to be better than the last two.

Lawrence's candor - especially pointing out the lacking of this past year - hopefully points to a satisfying conclusion with a strong last season.
