zypherix Member Forum Regular Join Date: Aug 14, 2003 Posts: 734	Worst DVD presentation of a sitcom? What is, in your opinion, the worst DVD release ever for any sitcom? My nomination would be ALF, who was treated so badly on DVD. Problem one: The company releasing the DVDs (Lion's Gate Studios) decided to use syndicated prints of almost every episode (that's roughly 100 episodes). Problem two: To make the licensing fees even less they cut out any music or music reference in scenes, causing some episodes to run as short as 18 minutes (as opposed to 24 minutes in the original run). Problem three: This isnt really a complaint, but two season four episodes appear on the season three set as well as the fourth season one. Does anyone else have any other DVD sets that were really butchered?
