All Jokes aside, This is why Diffrent Strokes had to end in 1986
Because if the show had went on for another 2 years Sam would have been TALLER than Arnold too-lol And you know they wasn't going to have that so pulling the plug was the right decision by ABC.

The show just got boring, and for me, I never warmed up to the Maggie and Sam character. Plus the set sucked

I definitely prefer Different Strokes before Sam and Maggie joined. Sam is really annoying, Maggie is OK at best, and Kimberly and Willis were pushed to the side.
