Default Mrs. Garrett rocks!!!

Loved her cameo in The Wedding part 2!! Esp her look when Pearl was doing her faux operatic singing!! Nice the writers acknowledged that Mrs G, at that time, was now doing Edna's Edibles.

Yes, it does! It was so glad to see her in this episode! I watched this episode when it originally aired, and when I saw her at the door, I jumped up and shouted, "Mrs. Garret!" I loved when she looked Pearl the way she did, letting viewers know that she couldn't be replaced.

Yup Mrs. Garrett was the Best. It was nice seeing the former Housekeepers, only person I wasn't crazy about seeing was Aunt Sophia's Goofy A$$-lol

Anybody notice that Charlene was in the background? But she didn't have any lines, unless they were edited out.

I loved how she was complimenting Pearl on the clean house only to then run her finger over the desk and give Pearl the evil eye when she had her back turned to Mrs. Garrett.

That's probably because Pearl got off on the wrong foot with mrs. g when she made the statement-"oh you are the OLD HOUSEKEEPER"-LOL

MRS g.-"you mean EX-Housekeeper"-lol

Thumbs up

Mrs. G was the best. It's no wonder why the Drummond kids and the Eastland girls loved her so much.

I know this is kinda late in the game but yes, Charlene's dialogue editied out. Nick At Nite's version has Janet Jackson's dialogue in tact. She and Willis are talking about marriage and Willis says he is looking forward to hearing the patter of little feet in the background. Janet's "Charlene" replies with "You mean Arnold's coming to live with us?" LOL. I have the ep from NAN on tape. Funny moment.

I beg to differ. I thought it was a great addition to the morning and afternoon lineup. Besides, we knew it was temporary as the contract would be up and BET was airing the show until the right expired.

Well primetime works for me not mornings or afternoons unless it's the weekend

The schedule was fine to me. The show got four airings a day. No issue with me. Besides, BET wasn't about to put it in a hot spot like 8pm. Not a chance.
