"Dear Mama" by Tupac is the first one that comes to mind. He was so expressive and his lyrics was on the money. You could tell he really loved his mother.

The actual title of the song is "Mamas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys" and was written and originally recorded by actor/singer Ed Bruce in 1976.
