If my memory serves me correct, I think it was on for over a year. They aired the same episode twice a day and they always gave Benson decent time slots.

And I belive Benson aired weeknight's at 10:30 pm CT Time on BET

I enjoyed watching Benson on BET at 10:30 pm and I am watching Benson on WUPL-My54 at 12:00 pm Central Time.

I remember watching Benson on BET in 1996 when I first got cable TV. I was so glad to see it at that point since the last time before that, I saw it when it was on WGN channel 9 in Chicago in the 80's when I was a kid.

I never saw Benson on cable. I first saw it back in the 1980s when one of our local stations aired the reruns during the day. This was before infomercials and talk shows - reruns of classic shows were aired during weekdays. Those were the days!!
