It's sad, but true, that Glenn Quinn (who played Mark), died a few years back of an overdose. He was in a friends' apartment when he died, and I think it was Heroin. He lost pretty much everything before he died, which is why he was at a friends' place--he'd been going from friend to friend to have somewhere to live.
John Goodman also had problems--he admitted himself to rehab last year for alcoholism, which REALLY surprised me. But from what I read, he just quietly went to rehab and didn't tell anyone about it until he completed treatment. I sincerely hope that he stays well, and I hope that Glenn Quinn is at peace. |

I agree, it was very sad what happened to Glenn Quinn, and the awful life he had before he passed on. I hope John Goodman stay's well too, and that Glenn is in eternal peace

I read the article that took you through the last years of his life before he passed away .
When watching Roseanne it is sad to think that such a young man in his prime who had everything going for him, looks, talent and the most wonderful irish accent threw his life away on booze and drugs. Hard to believe that it has been nearly 10 years ago that he died. He would be 41 years old if he was still alive today.

Wow, that's awful! Didn't know about that. Those pictures of Sara Gilbert and Johnny Glaceki at the funeral are heartbreaking.

Wow! I'm glad that Lecy Goranson took her limited time given at the TV Land awards and simply said "We love you, Glenn Quinn". That was sweet. Off topic; the pics about with both Beckys do make them look similar in appearance.
