He was everyone's favorite grown-up kid until he was arrested for indecent exposure. This profile looks at the rise and fall and rise again of the career of Paul Reubens. After starting out in a comedy troupe that included Will Ferrell, Reubens created the enormously popular Pee-wee Herman character in the late 1970s. After drawing critical praise for Pee-wee's two movies and TV show, Reubens's career nearly ended when he had his run-in with the law. But he put himself back on track with non-Pee-wee characters, and is now returning to Pee-wee's world with the movie, Pee-wee's Playhouse, now in production.
