LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Alyssa Milano is in negotiations for the lead role in an untitled ABC comedy pilot. The "Charmed" veteran would play a thirtysomething woman who tries to break free of her overbearing and dysfunctional family, friends and boss.
