WHY DIDN'T THEY EVER MAKE ANY FACTS OF LIFE DOLLS OR LUNCHBOXE'S, LIKE THEY DID FOR EVERY OTHER 70'S & 80'S TV SHOW. (BIONIC WOMAN, MORK AND MINDY, HAPPY DAY'S) BUT NO FACTS OF LIFE. I THINK THAT IS SO UNFAIR! WHAT DO YOU GUY'S THINK?

Maybe the powers that be didn't feel the characters were marketable enough. Or maybe it just never occured to anyone.

New from Mego - Facts Of Life action figures!

Blair! Comes with Eastland uniform, Daddy's credit card, 3 changes of clothes and attitude to spare!

Jo! Comes with Eastland uniform, Six pack of beer, motorcycle and a denim jacket that shows how tough she is!

Tootie! Comes with Eastland uniform, braces and rollerskates!

Hard to think of what they'd put with Natalie...

Does anyone know (or have a list of) what kinds of memorabilia/merchandise were produced for the Facts of Life?? I know there were a bunch of magazine articles and alike, but was there any official Facts of Life branded stuff (e.g. Posters, trading cards, fan club...)?? If not, it definitely is surprising that such a long running, popular 80s show would not have merchandise, when other shows were having a field day with this stuff!
