Does anyone know where I can find information on The Wonders group?
Are there any books or anything on them?

I've tried the internet, and it doesn't seem to be helping. And I even have read reviews about the feature on the new release of That Thing You Do! from 1996 (which is a great movie, btw) isn't really a "history" of the group, it's just like a 30-min. interview type thing with Tom Hanks and clips from the film.

I looked up on Wikipedia and it says it's a fictional band

Theyre fictional but man I wish they were real cause that is one ****in awesome movie and song. It was my favorite movie for 2-3 months in 2003.

Oh. I'm sorry.

I thought I heard the movie was based on a "real" group. But I had never heard of them. (I'm pretty known with the groups back-then)
