Do you think the writers are doing a great job with the scripts? Or could they use some improvement? On the last episode, I thought the show was good but the writers could have made several of the scenes funnier. Like when the guys went upstairs to Marsh's bedroom, they could have gotten more laughs out of it, by adding someone like Montana to the mix. And the scene with Kelly in the dumpster could have been funnier if they'd added a homeless person trying to get the picture away from her. Just some very small changes would make it funnier. I think they really need a script doctor.

Something's up with the writers or something. Maybe it has to do with the strike, but I can't recall ever tuning into a show, and being struck with so many changes. Major changes. Montana was a strong cast member, who was a riot. I can't figure the Gracie change out. I've enjoyed every episode thus far, even this one to an extent. It could be that the next episode will flow nicely. I hope so, but yes, based on the last episode, there's room for improvement.

I agree, there certainly is room for improvement. I felt like I was watching a completely new show this past week. I'll give this episode a little bit of a pass because... 1. It was the first show after the writers strike. 2. There were so many changes to the cast. 3. The storylines have been put on the fast track. With all that said, my logic is to look at this as another pilot episode. A "new" new sitcom. I want to see how they do next week. |

I'm kind of disappointed. I was so used to seeing Gracie as she was then without warning seeing someone totally different got to me. Not to mention Montana gone. The episode had a different feel to it. I'll watch the upcoming episode and hope it's better. I did enjoy the last episode, but like Brian Damage said, it was like watching a whole new show.

^ So true, it just wasn't as funny as it could have been. Hopefully it will be better next week.
