Why is there such HATRED in the world? On September 11th 2001 some people purposly crashed into the Twin Towers and destroyed them.They ruined our skyline!!!!

Everyone was rushed out of school, I was one of them. Why would people do such a thing? Please, let there be no hatred in the world. Why can't we all get along

i totally agree..why should you start something that is that awful?there is so much sin in this world.more than 50,000 lives were lost because someone wanted to...i dunn o what they were thinking but what kind of person would do that?and then the palastinians are over there celebrating what happened..i think that is horrible.i'm gonna pray for all those families that lost someone today.

I know! This is so horrible. I was in shock when I saw the one Trade Center collapsing. I couldn't believe what happened to the Pentagon! I was just there a few months ago. And ya know that other plane that the terrorists hijacked and crashed in Somerset, PA? Well... that town is only about 45 minutes away from where I live! I swear it's like the first time a nearby town has been on CNN. What happened was the terrorists hijacked the plane and one of the passengers called 911 from his cellphone and said that the plane was hijacked than he got cut off and the plane crashed. We got out of school early and I was panicking. My father is in NY on a buissness trip and did you all hear about that suspicious package that was sent from the from a post office in PA to the Soviet Union? Well that post office is just 3 buildings away from where my mom works and they won't let her leave work! They still have the packages sitting outside in front of the post office and they have the FBI guarding the building where my mom works. It's odd cuz I always drive past that post office when I go down there to shop at the mall. And my sister lives in Maryland and her husband works in the Pentagon! This is horrible. A few more planes are missing and they could be hijacked. Alot of innocent people are now dead. What's wrong with the world?! Everyone here is so scared cuz my dad is in NY and we cannot get a hold of him. My mom just got home from work cuz they made her leave and we're trying to call my dad on his cellphone. I hope he's ok! I said a prayer for my family and for the families of those who were killed. And did anyone realize that today's date is September 11th... aka, 911! Oooo gawd... this is scary!

=-o 911????wow!that is...wow!i hope your dad will be ok in ny..i will say a prayer for him for ya....what is this world coming to when we can't even go to work w/o knowing if we are gonna get blown up by a terrorist plane crashing into the building?!?!i was watching the news all day and they showed this footage where..i think it was when the 2nd building colapsed..they showed where this person jumped out from way up there..i thoughtthat was so sad..then right after that,the building blew up and colapsed.i feel so bad for all those people and the families.i really hope this gets over...soon before n e thing else blows up!

It's so sad here. I live close to Washington, so all day everyone was trying to call their parents (students) or kids (teachers), because a lot of my friends have parents who work in Washington or New York. We had about three assemblies, plus all the sports games and classes were canceled. We got out of a lot of classes if we wanted to go watch it live, and basically all of us did. It's so sad here; and I know I'll never forget where I was.

Yup, I agree w/all of you people. My dad was luckily sent home from work because he works in a very strategic and vulnerable military base, which could very easily have been a target. My mom was begging him not to go to work, but he did. Then as soon as he got there, they were telling everyone to leave. Thank God.

Also, my Aunt is a flight attendant who JUST retired. I'm glad she did because she could very well have been working on one of those planes.
