Well, at least we know Gary's safe for another episode, lol. Sounds like an interesting one. Once the shock wears off from last week's, whatever that was, I hope the viewers are rewarded with a normal, funny show. I so want this show to make it!

Agreed, I think this show needs to be a homerun, creatively to set the tone for the rest of the season.

I think this show sounds like a pretty safe episode. Usually, when a sitcom has a "therapy" scene with one or 2 of its characters, it's pretty funny. I hope this one is no different.

I'm hoping this episode will go up from the last episode. But, if you think about it, the last episode did bring in what the show was doing prestrike (a little over 7 million). So, do we know if they're going to tell Gracie in this episode?

Not sure, it sounds like it, but I could've sworn I read somewhere that they are going to stretch out into two episodes. I may be mistaken though.

Oh wow, I didn't know Diahann Carroll was going to be in this episode. I'm guessing she'll be the therapist in this episode? It'll be GREAT to see her in this episode . . . one of the greatest TV legends, if you ask me.

Thumbs up

I loved it! It had a lot of LOL moments. Chuck, "That spaceship boldly went where no man has gone before".

Gracie - "You destroyed my universe." Chuck - "Not exactly the reaction I was hoping for."

I thought it was strange when Kelly said she still had feelings for Chuck, and turns out it was a ploy. The new Gracie is adorable, but looks too young for 10 years old. How old is Lily Jackson, the actress who plays her? It's not on imdb.

I didn't really think this episode was that funny. It seemed too predictable. I liked last week's episode better.

I enjoyed this episode. I think it's one of the best so far.
There just wasn't enough on screen time to get a good read on the new Gracie.
I didn't miss Montana this episode, but eventually they may need to add some more estrogen to the newsroom. For this episode, Diahann Carrol, the therapist, provided more than enough femmine charm to complement Heaton.

It wasn't the best episode, but much better than last week's. I was laughing out loud when both Chuck and Kelly passed out before telling Gracie.

I am beginning to wonder exactly when Montana's final episode will be?

I liked the episode. I was concerned they would go overly dramatic when they told Gracie the truth but instead it was sweet and hilarious. Patty and Kelsey rocked that fainting scene. I couldn't stop laughing. Like the new Gracie too!

I'm surprised that more people didn't love or really like this episode. The hugging security guard was priceless, right down to the very end when he's wearing feathered wings in the play, and Gary tries to escape. It was hilarious when Marsh and Ryan gave Gary that double-dose of honesty.

The scene in the therapist office, when Chuck went off over his feelings on missing out on those first 10 years of his daughter's life, I almost swallowed my tongue, lol. I think the new Gracie is much better than the other Gracie; so good in fact, that when the big news was broken, I didn't feel cheated. A seamless transition. When they told Gracie and kept fainting, I was laughing my head off.

To be honest, my husband is not a fan of this show, but watches it for me. He was pissed after last week's travesty. "I left my Red Sox game for that garbage." He told me that if last night's episode wasn't good, then I can watch it alone from now on. I was relieved because he was laughing last night, and even said, "Much, much better."

People are entitled to their own opinions, of course, but I feel like I'm in the Twlight Zone here, lol. Please, there has to be someone else who loved last night's episode. Where are you??

I liked the episode. Kelsey and Patricia have great chemistry. Their banter is superb.

I liked the hug storyline but I loved the Kelly-Chuck interaction.
Overall a very strong episode in my opinion.
