Question Images that scare you as an adult?

I know there is a thread called,"Images that scared you as a child," but I'd like to start a thread about images that scare you now, as adults. I have an image that scared(s) me. In the George Lopez show, George sometimes has flashbacks as himself as a little kid. The camera shows George Lopez's adult head and face on a little kid's body. That scares me! (or at least, it weirds and creepsme out).

I hate skeletons, even the silly Halloween kind. I don't like what they make me think about.

I think clowns are scarier to me now than when I was a kid...

I have to go with clowns as well. I've never found them funny or cute...just scary with their painted faces.

Oh and any image of people from the 1800's-early 1900's especially the women in those big dresses etc. For some reason those have always given me chills. Those people always look so miserable and the pictures of them and their unhappy faces are haunting to me.

I agree. The gas prices are enough to scare anyone who drives a car.

I'm the biggest dog lover going, but big dogs that I don't know, just terrify me. I actually get frozen with fear around a big stranger of a dog.

Me too!

I am afraid of wind mills. I don't know where the fear stems from, but the tall, skinny ones make me shiver. I remember taking an Environmental Problems course when I was in community college a few years ago and the professor showed us a picture of a wind mill farm. I broke out into a sweat and couldn't even look at the picture any more.

Weird, I know!

That actually cracks me up when I see that on George Lopez. He is always making fun of how large his head is so that is why he incorporates jokes related to the size of his head.
