Has anyone seen this episode of "The Addams Family" ? I heard that it was never aired because of racial reasons. Does anyone have a copy? THANKS!

Wow, this is all news to me! I have never known him to guest star on there. I have seen Addams Family in spirts, not every episode. Because you said for racial reasons, Hollywood probably never credited him on that.

I wonder what role he played on there.

If it never aired I don't think anyone has a copy unless it was aired in syndication

I have a 16mm film copy, no vinegar smell and without splices...
in a safe, next to all my money which, not surprisingly, has Uncle Fester's
picture on every bill!

Now, really! It's a photo-chop! The episode never existed.

Yea I've seen every episode of the Addams Family and he never guest starred. I never heard anything about him filming anything that was banned either. This sounds like a joke thread.

That link isn't sufficient evidence as far as I'm concerned. Please provide some proof that the episode was actually filmed. IMDb doesn't mention any of the above appearances among Redd's credits. If Redd Foxx actually guest starred in any of these shows, They would acknowledge at least one of them but they don't.

If the show was filmed it would at least be in syndication and it isn't. I don't believe Redd guest starred in any of those shows. I loved sitcoms from the 60's and watched a lot of them. Redd wasn't in them.
