They've always used the SBTB Theme for syndication. I don't even know how the GMMB theme goes. lol

Trust me. You heard nothing different. Same theme. The original theme "Best of Times" composed by Charles Fox has not been heard since 1989 on Disney. Go to you tube to hear the opening and closing.

One thing I always noticed about the Good Morning Miss Bliss episodes is that an older Zach (from high school) is speaking at the beginning of each episode to reminise about Jr. High or explain some lesson that the gang learns in the episode. I remember during the early 1990's syndication of SBTB on TBS, the GMMB episodes would be randomly mixed into the series. Do they still do that now or is GMMB starts as season one?

I always loved the original GMMB theme song - I don't understand why the replaced it in syndication. Must have been something with the rights or something.

When NBC picked up the project (or show) the show got a makeover which included the theme song. When three GMMB eps aired during the summer og 1990, Saved By the Bell transitional scene music was added to the eps along with the theme song. This was also done when GMMB was added to the syndication package for "Bell" in 1991 as well to avoid confusion and to keep theme continuity.

You want proof that transistion music of GMMB was different from "Bell"? Look at end of the "Deke" episode when Deke scares Screech. You hear Saved by the Bell music ending but if you go to you tube to watch the closing credits for "Bliss" you will see that same "Deke" scene only with saxophone music in the background.
