Default Tootie has a little mouth on her.

I can't believe that she would be sarcastic to Mr. Drummond. He told a joke to Willis to make him feel better about his is first day of high school and Tootie says that "bad jokes won't help him". She said something else too. Mrs. Garrett would not have let her get away with that .

I think a lot of her lines for this episode were originally intended for Arnold. But of course, this was during his contract walk-off.

Drummond was a pushover who wasn't street smart. He didn't know how to come back from sassy kids.

Yeah, Tootie was also mouthy to tha TV reporter when Arnold and Willis was held up in that bank. She deserved to get slapped.

It also sounded strange for Mr. Drummond to be referring to her as Tootie and he was a 50 year old man-lol If should have been calling her by her real name

That was a little strange, it sounded so funny hearing him call her "tootie". If was especially strange for her headmaster on the first season of Facts, to call her tootie also.

To me, that was no big deal. Mrs. Garrett was fifty something calling Dorothy Tootie as well.

Tootie's real name of "Dorothy" wasn't established until the FOL 5th season premiere.

Let's just say, I like DS, but I LOVE FOL!!!
it was the Summer of 84 episode, where everyone come back from summer vacation and discusses things over dinner--such as Blair on the farm with Cliff, Jo and Mrs G in Atlantic City, and Tootie, em, Dorothy and Natalie in the Pokinoes.
