I liked seeing Ted Danson, George Kennedy, Tab Hunter, and Shavar Ross (just to name a few off the top of my head).

I liked Joy Garrett's performance in "Taking It to the Streets". When did Shavar Ross appear on the show?

I liked Steven Peterman both as El Gato and as Yale. El Gato was fun and dramatic. Yale was so good at being weird and annoying!

And I guess we can technically add Jerry Seinfeld to the list. He wasn't on the show nearly long enough to be considered a regular. |

Personally I really never cared much for Jerry Seinfeld or his very overrated sitcom. On the other hand, Tracey Gold sure lightened up the show when she played cousin Laura.

Does anyone know the name of the actor who played Captain McDermott, he was another one of my favorite guest stars.

Ed Peck was the best! I enjoyed each episode he was in. I also remember he always played the cop in "happy Days" who was out to get the Fonz!

Thanks for the info on Ed Peck, I knew I'd seen him on other stuff but just couldn't pull it out of my foggy memory.
It's funny, I remember watching "Happy Days" as a kid and how funny the cop was but I never made the connection.
