Subway Sanwich Question, is this a Healthy thing to do? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I bought the foot long sanwich tonight for $5.00 but I normally only eat a 6 inch every night for dinner.

So is it ok for me to put the other half of sanwich in the Fridge and eat tomorrow at 6pm?

Yep. As long as it is in the fridge it should be fine.

I've done that before. Just make sure you don't have a lot of mayo/other type of sauces on it. It tends to make bread soggy.

yea, it might stay healthy, but if you get dressing and a lot of lettuce, cucumbers, etc... in it, it'll be all soggy and nasty if you don't finish it soon enough

I wrapped it in some foil and then put it in the fridge so I guess I will see how it goes tomorrow.

whenever i've gotten a footlong sandwich from subway & left half in the fridge, it tends to get soggy by that night. and i only get ranch on it- no mayo or oil/vinegar. so it'll be pretty soggy by tomorrow night if you put it in the fridge.

side note: i love that they've got $5 footlongs. i've shared a footlong this week with a friend & it was so cheap compared to buying a 6 inch.

Yeah I think I will just stick to the 6 inch like I normally do. And I have mayo, tomatoes, and oil on the sandwich-lol

Let me just finish off the other half now
