oh yeah...wasn't he between 18-80, had very dark or light blonde hair, weighed between 120-300 lbs.
I think he had a limp sometimes, talked with a very low deep squeeky high voice and was from somewhere in the western hemisphere. Name started with a letter between A and Z but definately not Q! |

There were some composite sketches. They all had two eyes, a nose, and a mouth. I think someone drew them. Also there was something about a police department and a phone number.
