Having pathetically little to do the last few days I had my own private Brady Bunch marathon and I noticed some things not previously mentioned on here:
#1 Alice doesn't live here any more In this episode with the seemingly prophetic title (considering that it was made 4 years before the movie with the same name), in one of Alice's phone conversations she unexpectedly mentions the last name "Hyatt"! #2 Goodbye Alice, hello In the famous "nude" scene if you look real close when Alice opens up Cindy's robe you can, for one frame, make out a reflection in the toaster that reveals Cindy is actually wearing panties underneath her robe. #3 The Teeter-Totter Caper In one scene there is a small stain on Cindy's shirt, the scene switches to Bobby and then when it swicthes back to Cindy the stain is gone, only to reappear after the next switch! #4 Sergeant Emma In a scene where they are all doing pushups, Peter's hand briefly forms an obscene gesture. #5 Greg's Triangle In the second scene at the highschool there is a brief shot where you can quite clearly tell that Barry Williams has become aroused! #6 My Brother's Keeper I re-examined the bath scene and although I couldn't see any tell tale shorts I did, just briefly, glimpse something they should have covered. Was Mike Loonkinlad wearing loose boxer shorts that shifted? #7 The Not-So-Ugly Duckling When Jan is looking in the mirror, the reflection doesn't quite match what it is reflecting, look close and you'll see what I mean! #8 The Great Earring Caper If you look closely at the fist earrring pulled out of the washer you'll see that it doesn't match the ones Cindy was wearing earlier in the episode. #9 Two Petes in a Pod In the backyard scene Peter calls Cindy "Susan" #10 The Hustler Toward the end, Bobby calls Harry Mathews "Mr. Howell" #11 Every Boy Does it Once Though the TV shows a color image in this, and several other episodes, it clearly lacks the "tint" and "hue" controls that were standard on 1970's color TVs, it is obviously a Black and White set! #12 The Grass is Always Greener In a long shot during the footbal game the shadow of a mike boom and a crew member are briefly visible. #13 April Fool! |
