I was wondering How come was Tim Allen always Jelous of Bob Vila.

Because Bob Vila is considered to be the king of DIY (in real life - he's not just a TV character). Tim, of course, thinks he's the best DIY expert and so tries to out-do him in various tests and challenges, which he always fails. I loved the episodes starring Bob - they always made for superb viewing as Tim became even more competitive than usual!

Still like the episode where Tim has Bob Vila on his show and tried to cheat and tool word game by having Jill call in. Then he hits Bob by accident with a thick peice of lumber and knocks him out and everyone thinks he did that on purpose.
