Does anyone know if this guy was ever caught? This was the killer who enter a strip mall around dusk and would shoot clerks for no reason.
He claimed 6 or 7 victims and there was never any update. Shockingly, he let one witness go who went into a tuxedo shop to pick up a cumberbun. |

Nope, he never killed a cop. He just randomly showed up at small strip malls acorss Interstate 70 in Indiana, Illinois, Missouri and he used an assault rifle to kill his victims. He claimed 7 victims and at the end of the segment it was said he struck again in Arlington, TX and the same gun used in the other 7 were used in this one.

Why did the killer allow the man to leave? We will probably never know. But man escaped alive and well, and that's what really mattered. In recent years, there have been claims over the internet that a Minnesota inmate named Donald Blom may be the I-70 killer. I don't know if he has ever officially been a suspect in the I-70 murders, but he is currently in a Minnesota prison for the 1999 abduction and murder of a teenage girl. |
