Default Winnie was super cute but...

Why was she so confused about her feelings for Kevin? I feel like they were sooo cute together but she always screwed it up by making up some dumb excuse for why she was mad at him.

I think it had a lot to do with the way their relationship started; the kiss in the forest while Winnie was grieving for her older brother. I think there was always a kind of "rebound" thing to her feelings for him; he was there when she needed him, but, the rest of the time, when she wasnt feeling "needy" it was easier for her to just avoid him.

That is the classic example of a girl having a relationship with a guy who should just be her friend. He was there for her when she needed him, but as soon as someone else came along...BYE BYE.

Yeah Irene, i think we both said pretty much the same thing, in different ways I spoke of the cause, and you, the effect

I couldn't have put it better. One of TV's greatest relationships by far. And I loved how it spanned the entire series, instead of starting and ending in a season or 2 like most shows.

it's the dumbfoundness, stupid mistakes in relationships and innocence in adolescence, what can you say tho? i agree, she made alot of stupid mistakes to negatively affect and confuse her relationship with kevin, but that's the way adolescents are sometimes, confused and can't make up their mind.

Yeah she did. I understand it though... I guess they were trying to depict a real adolescent relationship.

Yeah, it's awesome! Is that her from the end of "The Accident"? I notice the mark on her face. Or is that just a shadow from her nose?

Oh, and by the way, my avatar has her, too, although she's sharing it with Kevin (which is not a bad thing by any stretch of the imagination!).

I thought so too! I allowed for the fact that some people are never sure what they want, but I thought it was unfair how she'd lead Kevin on. They get close, she pulls away... after awhile it gets tiring.
