Does anybody think this season has lost a step or two or do you think it is better than ever?
Here's somebody who thinks the show needs a toon up so to speak... http://www.readexpress.com/read_free...reator_set.php |

I think the show is still pretty funny.
If the show seems a bit "off" this year, the last couple of new episodes that aired this season were finished by FOX and released without Seth's final approval because he was on strike with the other writers. |

If they would take out the crude humor and give Meg some respect, then the show would be back to normal.
The show really wasn't crude, but now they're pushing the envelope. It's more blasphemous than "South Park", more crude than "Aqua Teen Hunger Force", and more sadistic than "The Simpsons". |

This past season was (imo) the worst one, I really hope they pick up the pace and go back to what made this show funny. There was 1 new episode recently that didnt even make me laugh. Note to the writers re-watch Seasons 1-3 and bring back that spirit to the show.

"Fixing"? No ... it just needs to be neutered.
Seriously, the best episode this season was the "Star Wars" spoof (except for one unnecessary crude line). To be honest, though, I haven't seen many episodes. I never really "got" Seth MacFarlane's humor, for the most part. To each his own. |

i havent seen all of this season, but i really liked every other season...and from what ive seen of this one it does seem a bit "off" aside from a few episodes. i think they put too much emphasis on being wacky instead of actually having good plotlines this year.

In one way, Family Guy jumped the shark with the 100th episode, the one where Stewie kills Lois.
BTW-When is the finale for the season? |

To me Family Guy has not jumped the shark. Every episode that I have watched never fails to make me laugh.I'm always looking forward to the next episode to see what's going to happen next.
Love having the show on DVD too. |
