Default Season 9 DVD - Alternate Finale ending and "The Roundtable"

Two questions about the DVD for anyone who can help :

*SPOILERS FOR SEINFELD SERIES FINALE*

1.) I just found out about an easter egg on Disc 4 of Season 9 of an "alternate ending" - I tried it out and it's the seinfeld four being announced as "not guilty" and then just ends. They may have just shot that to fool the media so as to not give the true ending away, but shouldn't there be any type of new scene following it as an alternate way of ending the series? Or did they just shoot that one little extra scene to cover their bases in case the ending got leaked. I never even knew they shot that scene, but is there any more to this "alternate ending"? I know it's a long shot seeing as how they would've put it on the DVD, but just making sure...

2) Also, I bought this season separately (didn't buy the whole collection they came out w/ all the seasons together), and it has "scenes from the roundtable as an extra. On that collection w/ all seasons, does it have the ENTIRE roundtable? If so, is the only way of seeing it to get that box set or is it somewhere to watch online?

Thanks for any help.

Alternate ending? I thought that was only for syndicated version not DVD. I have the original broadcast of the last episode and is there really additional scenes on the DVD vs what I saw on the NBC version?

Anyone know for sure?

I saw the complete set w/ all seasons in a store and it does seem like, through its' wording, that it includes the entire roundtable. Anyone know how much longer it is? I think the one included in the Season 9 set is about 22 minutes.

The round table discussion in the complete series set is an hour long.

http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Sei...Announced/7918

"The book comes with a bonus DVD featuring a first-ever cast reunion round-table discussion with Seinfeld, creator Larry David and co-stars Jason Alexander, Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Michael Richards. The hour long discussion finds the cast and David together again on the ninth anniversary of the series finale"

Thanks for asking/answering this question. I have all 9 seasons as well, and I wondered about the additional features. I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I guess I could have waited for the entire box set to be released, instead of buying each season as they came out, but
who can wait THAT long?!

Which brings to mind another question. Does the complete series set have ALL the extras from the individual sets PLUS the other extras only found on the complete set?
